Proud winners

- After learning more about Norges Vel's history and what the organisation stands for, getting the award feels very exciting, says entrepreneur and general manager at Stokkøya Sjøsenter Torild Langklopp.

  - The award sets itself apart from others because it is relevant to societal development not just financial success, she continues.
 - We got recognised because we make a difference and contribute to Norway's wellness to put it simply, and that makes us very proud and happy to have got the entrepreneurship award. Says Langklopp.

Thriving community

It was the managing director of The Royal Norwegian Society for Development Øyvind Ørbeck Sørheim was responsible for the award ceremony that took place on Stokkøya. - Norges Vel has thriving communities in their focus, and that is exactly the sort of side effects that means Roar Svenning, Torild Langklopp and Ingrid Langklopp get Norges Vel's entrepreneurship award for 2016, says Ørbeck Sørheim.
